If you see a mistake, especially if it's not something you can fix yourself, point it out. Initiative, good problem solving skills, effort, and reliability are huge assets to have as an employee."

I started with Reliance at age 19 calling customers to book maintenance checks. After a few months I was hired on to work in dispatch. I went away to school and continued with Reliance in the summer months/Christmas break. When I returned I picked up full time and within a year and a half, I was promoted to my current position of Operations Manager.
