OVERVIEW
Through our Women in Industry campaign, we aim to highlight women across Canada working in various male-dominated sectors (skilled trades, STEAM, emergency response, entrepreneurship, leadership). The goal is to increase representation and demonstrate that women can excel in any career, supported regardless of their gender. This campaign will showcase women’s successes, inspiring girls and women to pursue their dreams and fostering a more equitable workforce.
OBJECTIVES
• Showcase Representation: feature stories of diverse women in male-dominated industries.
• Inspire Future Generations: Provide role models for girls and women.
• Promote Forward Thinking Organizations: Highlight businesses and organizations that support and foster inclusive and positive workplace culture.
CAMPAIGN COLLABORATION
We seek to collaborate with women and businesses/organizations to highlight women in their careers.
STEPS TO COLLABORATION
1. Initial Meeting:
• Schedule a meeting to discuss any questions and cover the goals of both Build a Dream (BaD) and your organization.
2. Filming Schedule:
• We aim to start filming from July 2024 onward.

• Showcase your support for women in the workplace in front of our audience of 16K+ across various social media platforms.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
• Provide us with a date, time, location, and a diverse group of women to film.
WHAT WE WILL DO:
• Supply interview questions, handle video production, and manage editing.
