Carpenters Union pushing for more women in trades with new initiative

A new initiative from the Carpenters Union has started with a video that spotlights male and female tradespersons — along with a few young women at Build a Dream — as they discuss women in the trades.

The UBC initiativive, Constructing Change, is about how far they have come as an organization, and how far they need to go.
