October 17, 2018
On October 11, the City of Windsor officially proclaimed the day Dreamer Day in honor of International Day of the Girl. We welcomed industry partners, sponsors, city officials and amazing supporters to a SOLD OUT Dreamers day breakfast where we had the pleasure of hearing from the inspiring and powerful Jordana Strosberg about how to diversify the workforce by investing in the women of the future… our future girlforce!. We also honoured our founding partners, dreamers and dream makers.
To end the morning, we were joined by our supporters and dreamers to raise our purple flag at city hall. We are committed to filling the gap, educating our youth, diversifying our workforce and supporting the career ambitions of young women across all fields.
Be seen and be heard… We were and we will.
It takes a village to raise a child and a community to make change.
