As part of Manufacturing Day, we were honored to host a forum at Laval where our very special guest, the Honourable Patty Hajdu, the federal Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, spoke to us about how to get underrepresented groups (such as women) to pursue careers in skilled trades, STEM, and manufacturing.
